Job summary

Lumad Group PTY LTD in Brisbane is seeking a seasoned Signage Designer & Print Production All-Rounder with 3–4 years hands-on industry experience to manage artwork setup and client proofs, and operate Roland XP-640, Roland AP-640, and Summa S3 plotter.

In this role you will design and print signs, handle prepress, ensure quality control, and work across deadlines to deliver high-quality signage for clients in the Brisbane area.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of solid, proven experience in a commercial sign shop.
• Hands-on experience with wide-format print/cut equipment and laminators.
• Reliable, proactive and positive attitude.
• Able to juggle multiple projects without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, proof and pre-press vector files.
• Manage print queues, colour management and nesting; operate the Roland XP-640, AP-640 and Summa S3 Plotter.
• Laminate (monomeric, polymeric, and cast), weed, trim, apply tape and mount graphics to substrates.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure QA on all outgoing work.
