Sam's Roofing is seeking a qualified roofer to lead tile and metal roofing projects. The role is hands-on, requiring the ability to mentor a team while actively working on roofs. A Cert III in Roofing or 3–4 years of experience is essential, with a strong work ethic and reliability.

We’re a small, growing roofing company based in Gladesville and we’re looking to bring on:

• 1 x Qualified Roofer (Cert III required) or - 3-4 years experience

Qualified Roofer/ 3rd-4th Year Apprentice (Tile & Metal)

We’re after someone who knows what they’re doing and can hit the ground running.

Requirements

• Cert III in Roofing OR 3-4 Years MINIMUM experience.
• Experience in tile and metal roofing
• Comfortable on the tools: While you'll be leading and directing the team, this remains a hands-on role that requires a willingness to get up on the roof and mentor/work alongside them.
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to lead
