Job summary

Sam's Roofing is seeking a Qualified Roofer (Cert III) or 3–4 years of experience to join a small, growing team in Gladesville. The role is hands-on with leadership duties, mentoring a team on tile and metal roofing projects.

You'll work in a collaborative environment with real growth opportunities, a startup culture, and immediate start. Company vehicle, petrol card, and tolls are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Roofing OR 3-4 years minimum experience.
• Experience in tile and metal roofing.
• Hands-on role with leadership duties and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the roofing team on-site.
• Stay hands-on on roofs while mentoring juniors.

We're a small, growing roofing company based in Gladesville and we're looking to bring on:

• 1 x Qualified Roofer (Cert III required) or - 3-4 years experience

We're not a big corporate which means more opportunity, more hands-on work, and real growth.

Qualified Roofer / 3rd-4th Year Apprentice (Tile & Metal)

We're after someone who knows what they're doing and can hit the ground running.

Requirements

• Cert III in Roofing OR 3-4 Years MINIMUM experience.

• Experience in tile and metal roofing

• Comfortable on the tools: While you'll be leading and directing the team, this remains a hands-on role that requires a willingness to get up on the roof and mentor/work alongside them.

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work independently and in a team
