Job summary

Estia Health Mount Coolum is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse to support our residents with compassionate, patient‑centred care. You will contribute to clinical care plans and work closely with the care team to achieve the best outcomes.

You'll lead by example, document care precisely, and uphold AHPRA registration and AN‑ACC standards. A nursing degree and at least two years of RN experience in aged care are preferred, with commitment to ongoing professional development and team growth.

Qualifications

• RN with current AHPRA registration.
• At least 2 years’ experience working as an RN.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Leadership experience in clinical care.

Responsibilities
