Ray White Gladstone is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established residential portfolio. You’ll deliver top-tier service to landlords and tenants with strong admin support, modern tech, and a collaborative team culture.

Two flexible roster options provide work-life balance. You will manage relationships, communicate clearly, and apply tenancy legislation knowledge while benefiting from an autonomous role within a supportive PM pod.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in residential Property Management.
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High attention to detail and sound knowledge of tenancy legislation.
• Proactive mindset, professional presentation, and a valid Driver’s Licence.
