Job summary

Fusion People Sydney is seeking an experienced Pipe Reliner to join a growing team specialising in trenchless rehabilitation of stormwater and sewer systems. You will manage relining tasks from preparation through installation, curing, and final inspection, ensuring work meets manufacturer specs and project requirements.

The role requires practical relining knowledge, CCTV and jetting familiarity, and the ability to work autonomously or with a team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sewer and stormwater pipe relining.
• Practical knowledge of CIPP relining systems, resins and curing processes.
• Experience with CCTV inspection equipment and high-pressure jetting.
• Strong understanding of pipe rehabilitation techniques and quality standards.
• Fault-finding skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake stormwater and sewer pipe relining works using trenchless rehabilitation methods.
• Perform CCTV inspections and assess pipe conditions.
• Carry out high-pressure water jetting, cleaning and pipe preparation.
• Install and cure liners in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
• Operate relining equipment and associated machinery.
• Complete post-installation CCTV inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot installation issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Our client is seeking an experienced Pipe Reliner to join their growing team, specialising in trenchless rehabilitation of stormwater and sewer pipework.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in their workmanship, understands relining systems and wants to work with a professional team delivering high-quality results.

You will be responsible for completing pipe relining works from initial preparation through to installation, curing and final inspection.
