Job summary

Leapfrog Therapy Pty is seeking an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our inclusive clinics across Melbourne and Sydney, with a focus on kids aged 0-22 and diverse needs.

You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, offering mentorship, supervision, and a varied caseload across clinics, daycares, schools and homes. We value lifelong learners who share knowledge and contribute to patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Five+ years of paediatric OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver paediatric occupational therapy to children aged 0-22 across clinics, daycares, schools and home settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision/mentoring.
• Commit to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice.

Experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Are you an experienced paediatric Occupational Therapist, passionate about helping kids and young people aged 0-22 with diverse needs? Leapfrog Therapy wants to meet you!

What We're Looking For:

• Role type: Full time, Permanent role




• Qualifications: Either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.




• Professional Membership: Current registration with AHPRA.




• Requirements: Valid Australian work rights, Drivers License and own car are required for this position.




• Prior experience: Someone with at least 5 years of paediatric OT experience under their belt, who is passionate about supporting children and their families.




• Life long learner and supporter: Someone continually learning new skills, mastering them and sharing their skills and knowledge with others via supervision and mentoring programmes.




• Engaged Professional: A team player who is enthusiastic and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
