Specsavers Northam in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our full-time team. You will deliver high-quality eye care, conduct comprehensive exams, and collaborate with our seasoned staff to support community health goals.

AHPRA registered optometrists in Australia are welcome to apply. Expect competitive salary package with base up to 120K plus super, + a 10K annual bonus, and a supportive store network with development opportunities.

• Salary Package: Up to 120K base + super, + 10K annual bonus
• Roster: Full-time – open to start date; either end of 2026 or early 2027
• Store Information: 2 test room store, just 45 minutes from the CBD. Strong NPS store, with an experienced team and consistent growth over the last 5 years. No late-night trading or Sundays.
• Patient Demographic: Diverse patient base, predominantly 40+, with strong community partnerships including Aboriginal health programs and a detention centre contract.
