Job summary

Spectrum by Specsavers Northam is seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our full-time team. You will conduct comprehensive eye examinations using OCT, visual fields, autorefractors, and non-contact tonometry, while delivering expert patient care in a supportive community setting.

• Must be an experienced Optometrist.
• Eligible to practice in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and determine prescribing needs.
• Utilise OCT, visual fields and other equipment to assess patients.
• Contribute to store growth and community outreach initiatives.

• Salary Package:Up to 120K base + super, + 10K annual bonus
• Roster:Full-time – open to start date; either end of 2026 or early 2027
• Store Information:2 test room store, just 45 minutes from the CBD. Strong NPS store, with an experienced team and consistent growth over the last 5 years. No late-night trading or Sundays.
• Patient Demographic:Diverse patient base, predominantly 40+, with strong community partnerships including Aboriginal health programs and a detention centre contract.
