Job summary

Specsavers Brookside is hiring a permanent, full-time Optometrist to join our collaborative team. You will perform comprehensive eye examinations, manage patient care, and engage in community outreach while contributing to our high standards of care.

You will work with advanced technology including OCT, visual fields, autorefractors and non-contact tonometry, serving a mixed patient demographic. Competitive salary up to AUD 115k + super, with flexible rosters and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Optometrist with AHPRA or ODOB.
• Experience conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing common conditions.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient base across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and assess visual function.
• Provide patient-centered care and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Brookside team to deliver high-quality eye care.
• Support clinic growth and community outreach initiatives.
