Job summary

Specsavers Maryborough is hiring an Optometrist to join a busy clinic with modern equipment including OCT and Humphrey Field Analyser. You will conduct eye exams, prescribe lenses, and advise patients while working with a supportive team.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and relocation assistance up to $5,000. The package can be up to $130k pro-rata plus super, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as an Optometrist with AHPRA in Australia.
• Clinical optometry experience is preferred.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe corrective lenses.
• Utilise OCT and visual field equipment for diagnostics.
• Educate patients on eye health and treatment options.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver care and meet targets.
