Job summary

Labelmakers Group in NSW is seeking an experienced Offset Printer to join our production team in Arndell Park. You will set up and operate offset presses to produce high-quality carton packaging that meets customer specs.

The role requires a formal printing qualification and at least 3 years' experience, strong planning and teamwork, and the ability to work autonomously while adhering to GMP, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as an Offset Printer, ideally within folding carton or carton board printing.
• Formal qualification in Printing or relevant trade certificate.
• Strong planning, organisational, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate offset printing presses efficiently and safely.
• Produce high-quality printed carton packaging to customer specifications.
• Monitor print quality and adjust during production runs.
• Ensure jobs are completed within production schedules and quality standards.
• Minimise waste and maximise machine efficiency.
• Complete routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and housekeeping tasks.
• Adhere to GMP, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and pre-press teams to achieve production targets.

About the opportunity:

We are now looking for an Experienced Offset Printer to join our team in Arndell Park, NSW .

Reporting to the Operations/Production Manager, Cartons, you will be an integral member of the Production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate offset printing presses efficiently and safely.
• Produce high-quality printed carton packaging to customer specifications.
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs and adjust as required.
• Ensure jobs are completed within production schedules and quality standards.
• Minimise waste and maximise machine efficiency.

• Adhere to GMP, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and pre-press teams to achieve production targets.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• 3+ years' experience as an Offset Printer, ideally within folding carton or carton board printing.
• A formal qualification in Printing or a relevant trade certificate.
• Demonstrated planning and organisational skills.
• Be a team player that can communicate effectively across multiple work groups.
• Able to work autonomously and are self-motivated.
• To have high attention to detail and proud of your work standard – quality focus.
