Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across homes, schools and community settings.

The role offers full-time or four-day-per-week options with a competitive salary and benefits, including vehicle options, laptop and phone, plus professional growth within a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field and professional registration as applicable (AHPRA/SPA/AASW).
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Valid Australian driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings (homes, schools, community).
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies.
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA).
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.
• Attend weekly team meetings with the Hub and Therapy Mentor support.
