Job summary

Guma-Warnii Pty is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for a short-term project at West Angelas, WA. Operate a variety of mobile plant within the MEM Workshop precinct on civil earthworks tasks, including trenching, windrow construction, load and haul, and grading. Rio Tinto site experience is highly regarded.

The role requires ability to work across multiple machines, maintain high safety standards, and adapt to fast-paced project demands with a 2/1 roster.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating mobile plant in civil, mining or earthworks environments.
• RIIMPO machine tickets required.
• Ability to confidently operate multiple types of plant.
• Strong understanding of earthworks, levels, trimming and windrow construction.
• Commitment to safe work practices and site procedures.
• Rio Tinto experience/inductions highly regarded.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of mobile plant on civil and earthworks tasks.
• Excavating and trenching, clearing and pushing, windrow construction and remediation.
• Load and haul, grading and levelling, backfilling and compaction.
• Operate plant within MEM Workshop civil works and remote site procedures.
