Job summary

Norwest Private Hospital in Sydney’s North West, part of Healthscope, is seeking a Registered Midwife to join our Women’s Health Unit. You’ll deliver compassionate care across antenatal, birth and postnatal care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience.
• Strong clinical skills across antenatal, birth suite and postnatal care.
• Passion for delivering individualised, family-centred care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, woman-centred care across antenatal, birth and postnatal stages.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Support families during one of the most important times in their lives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
