Job summary

APT Plumbing Services is a family owned plumbing maintenance company operating in Sydney for 70+ years. This full‑time role covers maintenance across strata, real estate, and domestic properties, including blocks, repairs, gas and electric hot water systems, leaks, taps, and roof/gutter upkeep.

We seek trade‑qualified, licensed plumbers with WWCC, Police Check, and White Card, plus a proactive, highly organized attitude and experience across maintenance plumbing.

Qualifications

• Trade Qualified in plumbing with NSW registration.
• NSW driver's licence.
• WWCC, Police Check, and White Card.
• Experience in all areas of maintenance plumbing.
• Positive, proactive attitude and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Blocked sewer & storm water drains including excavations and renewals.
• Repairs & installation of gas & electric hot water systems.
• Gas repairs & installations.
• Search, locate & repair concealed water leaks.
• Leaking taps & toilets.
• General plumbing maintenance.
• Roof maintenance & guttering.

We do a large volume of plumbing maintenance works on Strata, Real Estate & Domestic properties. Our services range from residential, commercial and industrial customers.

THE ROLE - Full time

Our work ranges from but not limited to;

Blocked sewer & storm water drains including excavations and renewals

Repairs & installation of gas & electric hot water systems

Gas repairs & installations

Search, locate & repair concealed water leaks

Leaking taps & toilets

General plumbing maintenance

Roof maintenance & guttering

REQUIREMENTS:

Trade Qualified

NSW driver's license

Working With Children's Check (WWCC)

Police Check

OH&S Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)

Experience in all areas of maintenance plumbing

Positive and proactive attitude

Highly organised
