Shine Lawyers invites experienced solicitors to relocate to Australia and join a leading plaintiff personal injury firm.

As an Experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, you will work on a range of litigated matters, with relocation support and visa guidance provided. We accompany you through the visa process and offer financial assistance for you and your immediate family to relocate.

After successfully relocating almost 50 UK solicitors to Australia, Shine Lawyers is once again seeking UK talent, strengthening our technical excellence in our legal teams across Australia.

As an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, with a background in either Claimant or Defendant work, you’ll be on the frontline as we doggedly seek justice. Reporting to an experienced Legal Practice Manager, you’ll work on a range of litigated matters.

We’ll support you in your relocation to Australia, being by your side all the way, assisting you to navigate the visa process. We will also provide some financial support to you and your immediate family for relocation.

With compassion, connection and purpose, you’ll truly champion our clients by:

• Providing legal advice and representation our clients need and deserve to obtain maximum compensation (under supervision initially, but we’ll support you to gain your Australian admission qualification).
• Effectively assessing claims, including liability and quantum.
• Cultivating strong relationships with our clients through exceptional communication and clear management of expectations.
• Preparing legal documentation with a high degree of detail, manage and run a file load with a keen level of commercial and fiscal awareness.
• Working as one team, and actively supporting and mentoring junior team members.
