Job summary

Prestige Civil Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver and Labourer to join our Concrete Maintenance team on a full-time basis.

This hands-on role combines truck driving, plant operation and manual labour across concrete maintenance projects. You will work with the crew performing demolition, site preparation and concrete works, upholding safety and quality.

HR licence and proven truck driving experience are essential, with excavator tickets advantageous.

Qualifications

• HR licence held and truck-driving experience.
• Civil/maintenance/construction background.
• Experience with demolition saws and small plant.
• Excavator experience and relevant tickets.
• White Card and safety awareness.
• Ability to work effectively in a crew.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver and Labourer to join our Concrete Maintenance team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands‑on role combining truck driving, plant operation and manual labour on concrete maintenance projects across Melbourne. You will work alongside the crew carrying out demolition, site preparation and general concrete works.

Drive HR trucks safely between the yard and worksites.

Assist with concrete demolition, preparation and maintenance works.

Operate demolition saws, Wacker plates and other small plant.

Operate an excavator where suitably experienced and ticketed.

Complete manual tasks, including loading, unloading and site clean‑up.

Follow all safety, environmental and quality requirements.

What You’ll Bring

HR licence is a must and demonstrated truck‑driving experience.

Previous civil construction, concrete or maintenance experience.

Confidence using demolition saws, Wacker plates and small plant.

Excavator experience and relevant tickets

White Card.

Strong safety awareness and a willingness to undertake manual work.
