Job summary

Earth Creation Landscapes in Noosa Heads, QLD, is seeking a passionate Horticulturist to maintain and enhance high-end private gardens across Noosa and surrounds.

You will apply hands-on horticulture skills, plant knowledge, soil preparation, irrigation management, and seasonal maintenance while working as part of a small, supportive team. The role offers salary commensurate with experience, excellent culture, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (cert III or above)
• Extensive practical experience in high-end horticultural garden maintenance
• Strong plant knowledge/identification and a genuine passion for horticulture
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team
• Valid driver’s licence & own transport
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Looking for a career – not just a job
• Well presented and polite – you will be the face of our business
• Enthusiasm. Someone with a genuine interest in performing at a high level

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and enhancing private residential gardens to a high standard

• Assisting with planting design and garden improvements
• Lawn care, including mowing, edging, and turf health
• Monitoring plant health and identifying pests/diseases
• Safe and effective use of gardening tools and equipment
• Working collaboratively with team members and independently when required

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, qualified and enthusiasticHorticulturistto join our team. This role involves working across a range of established private gardens, contributing hands‑on to their ongoing care, improvement, and presentation.

You will be part of a supportive, tight‑knit team where your knowledge and initiative will be highly valued.
