About the role

We are seeking a gardener to join our growing team at Pinnacle Landscape Solutions. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Pinnacle expansion as we take on more significant projects and grow our workforce. As a gardener, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality landscaping and garden maintenance services to our valued clients across the Cairns region. This role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to develop their career from gardening to a future in Landscaping.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of gardening tasks (Mowing, Hedging, Mulching, Turf installation)
• Prepare garden beds and soil, ensuring optimal conditions for plant growth
• Operate gardening equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with Operations Managers, Admininistration Management and Lead Hands
• Contribute to the success and positive culture of the growing Pinnacle team
