Job summary

Absolute Plants and Landscapes in Wollert VIC is seeking an experienced Gardener to join the maintenance team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering high-quality gardening and horticultural services across multiple sites in Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

You will prune and shape topiary, mow and edge lawns, manage pests and diseases, apply fertilizers and chemicals, and build plant identification and record-keeping skills while enjoying a supportive, growth-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening and landscaping.
• Ability to work across multiple sites in Melbourne area.
• WWCC Victoria and National Police Check required.
• Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Pruning and shaping of topiary and hedging.
• Deadheading.
• Lawn care including mowing and edging with various mowers.
• Pest and disease control.
• Fertilizer application to lawns and gardens.
• Chemical usage and application.
• Develop strong plant identification skills.
• Learn and develop record keeping skills.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Gardener to join APL'smaintenance team based in the North/West region. This hands-on role is focused on delivering high-quality gardening and horticultural services across a portfolio of well-maintained sites. We are seeking a motivated professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for landscaping, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional outdoor environments.

What Would You Do?

• Pruning and shaping of topiary and hedging.

• Lawn care including mowing, edging, using a range of tools from push mowers to ride on mowers.

• Pest and disease control.

• Fertilizer applicationof lawns and gardens.

• Chemical usage and application.

• Develop strong plant identification skills.
