At flowerdose, a premium floral studio in Camberwell specialising in bespoke floral arrangements, luxury gifting, weddings, corporate events and floral experiences, you'll work across a diverse range of floral designs and projects, from beautiful everyday bouquets and bespoke arrangements to weddings, corporate installations and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Creating beautiful, contemporary floral arrangements that reflect the flowerdose aesthetic
• Designing bespoke bouquets, vase arrangements and luxury floral gifts
• Assisting with wedding and event florals, including preparation and production
• Working confidently with colour, texture, seasonal flowers and interesting vessels
• Providing warm, professional and knowledgeable customer service
• Maintaining exceptional standards of flower care, presentation and studio organisation
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure every arrangement leaving the studio reflects quality and design standards
• Confidently managing daily studio tasks and customer orders independently when required

About you

• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on professional floristry experience

• Confidence creating both structured and more organic, contemporary designs
• Experience working with a variety of flowers, foliage and floral techniques
