Job summary

Consult Marine in Leichhardt, NSW, is seeking an Experienced Engineer in Maritime Structure to lead multi-project delivery from conception through detailed design. You will mentor junior engineers and balance budget, scope and client requirements while guiding the team to high-quality outcomes.

The Role:

We are looking for a Experienced Engineer. The ideal person for this role is an all-rounder who can manage multiple projects from inception to completion, contribute to managing a team of Engineers and provide on the job training to our junior team members. You are able to ensure budget, scope, client and business requirements are balanced and achieved whilst being a guide and mentor to junior team members.

This is a great role for someone who has extensive experience, is self-motivated, has a thirst for knowledge and growth, likes to work hard but also values balance. You have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

You have 10 or more years’ industry experience
