Prestige Inhome Care is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. You will support clients with daily living tasks, mobility, and independent living in their homes.

Responsibilities

• As a Personal Care Attendant, provide personalised support with daily living needs.
• Provide assistance with showering, bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Manage toileting and continence needs.
• Assist with oral hygiene routines.
• Provide medication prompting.
• Support eating and drinking.
• Assist with mobility aids and equipment.
• Support clients living with dementia using appropriate strategies.
• Provide catheter and stoma care where required.
• Offer companionship and community access support.
