Job summary

Guardian Caloundra is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a passionate team in a high-quality learning environment. You will oversee operations, ensure child safety and wellbeing, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.

You will drive staff development through coaching and the Leadership Academy, while delivering strong occupancy, quality, and compliance outcomes, supported by a national network of Guardian leaders.

Qualifications

• Experienced Centre Director with a track record in leading an Early Childhood Education and Care service.
• Able to build engaged, high-performing teams and strong relationships with families and local communities.
• Demonstrates solid operational, commercial and compliance capability.

About You

You’re an experienced Centre Director who:

• Has successfully led an Early Childhood Education and Care service
• Builds engaged, high-performing teams
• Demonstrates strong operational, commercial and compliance capability
• Builds trusted relationships with children, families and local communities
• Leads with confidence, accountability, authenticity and care
• Holds relevant early childhood qualifications and can meet Nominated Supervisor requirements
• Is committed to continuous learning and growing as a leader
• Wants to make a meaningful difference for children, families and the people they lead
