ABH Recycling Group is seeking a skilled Bobcat operator to join our Melbourne-based team. You will be responsible for operating a Bobcat safely across a range of site works, including backfilling, levelling, site tidying, and earthmoving tasks on active construction sites.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience operating a Bobcat, a solid understanding of site safety, and a valid HR license. This is ongoing, full-time work with a practical team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Bobcat safely and efficiently across a range of site works, including backfilling and levelling, site cleans and general site tidy ups, moving and spreading soil, gravel and other materials, loading and unloading materials, general earthmoving and site preparation, working around construction sites and other machinery, keeping the work area clean, safe and organised, and carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any issues.

About you

Minimum 3 years' experience operating a Bobcat

Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Construction experience preferred
