The Queens Hotel Gladstone is seeking experienced bar staff to join their busy venue in Gladstone. You will handle high-volume trade with speed and accuracy while delivering exceptional customer service and helping create a welcoming atmosphere.

We value reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. RSA, RSG, Keno and TAB accreditation are important, with gaming experience highly regarded; successful candidates will contribute to a premier hospitality experience.

• Experience as a bartender in a busy environment.
• Strong reliability and clear communication.
• Ability to manage high-volume trade efficiently.
• Willingness to obtain RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• Willingness to obtain RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling).
• Willingness to obtain Keno Operations accreditation.
• Willingness to obtain TAB Operations accreditation.
• Experience with gaming, Keno and TAB is advantageous.

The Queens Hotel Gladstone is looking for experienced Bar Staff to join the team. You'll be someone who can handle high-volume trade, stay organised under pressure and still give every customer great service. You'll need to bring speed, accuracy, personality and exceptional customer service. We want people who engage with customers, know how to create atmosphere and take ownership of their bar — not people who simply stand behind it and pour drinks.

About you

• Experienced bartender
