Experienced Associate Dentist | 2–4 Days Per Week
Exceptional dentistry. Genuine patient relationships. A practice to call home.
A practice with history. An opportunity to build your future.
For 75 years, Pennant Hills Dental Centre has cared for generations of local families, earning a reputation for high-quality dentistry, genuine relationships and personalised care.
We are a family-owned private practice with a loyal patient community who value quality, continuity and a thoughtful approach to their dental health.
We’re now looking for an experienced, confident and personable Associate Dentist to join our team for 2–4 days per week.
This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys family dentistry, works confidently and autonomously, and wants to build a thriving, long-term patient base within a supportive practice.
We’re looking for an experienced general dentist who enjoys the breadth of family dentistry, takes pride in consistently high clinical standards and values lasting patient relationships.
You’ll be confident in your clinical abilities, comfortable working independently and motivated to build a loyal patient following.
We value sound clinical judgement, an ethical approach to treatment and a commitment to care that is appropriate, predictable and built to last.
Our ideal associate will bring:
We are seeking an established clinician, ideally with at least five years of experience, who is confident managing a comprehensive general dental caseload independently.
Current AHPRA registration and excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
Our flagship practice in Pennant Hills provides comprehensive family dentistry to a well-established patient community, many of whom have trusted us with their care for decades.
Our second practice, located within a retirement village in Castle Hill, provides a rewarding opportunity to care for older patients, often with more complex medical and dental needs.
Our clinical team has complementary areas of expertise, including implant and surgical dentistry, complex restorative care and orthodontics. This supports collaborative treatment planning and appropriate internal referrals, while allowing our associate to focus on excellent general dentistry.
Across both locations, our philosophy remains the same: ethical, patient-centred care delivered with genuine warmth, attention to detail and high clinical standards.
We’re not a high-volume, production-driven practice. We take the time to understand our patients, recommend treatment thoughtfully and build relationships that extend well beyond a single appointment.
A family-owned practice with 75 years of history and a trusted local reputation.
A loyal patient community who value quality dentistry, continuity of care and long-term relationships.
The opportunity to independently develop and grow your own patient base within a respected practice.
A varied clinical workload encompassing comprehensive family, restorative, endodontic and emergency dentistry.
Clinical autonomy, with access to experienced principal dentists for case discussions and professional support when needed.
A warm, professional and supportive team environment.
Commission-based remuneration.
2–4 days per week, with the opportunity for a stable and rewarding long-term association.
A place to practise dentistry you’re proud of
We understand that finding the right practice is about more than facilities, remuneration or a busy appointment book.
It’s about enjoying the people you work with, feeling proud of the care you provide and developing genuine relationships with patients who value what you do.
We’re looking for an associate who wants to become an integral part of our practice, contribute to its continued growth and build a professional home for the years ahead.
If you’re an experienced dentist who loves great dentistry, values people and takes pride in building lasting patient relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
