Job summary

FindStaff is seeking an Experienced Heavy Duty Forklift Driver for a client based in Milperra. This is an ongoing, outdoor yard role with an ASAP start.

Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, you will operate a 7 tonne forklift with extra long tynes in covered and air-conditioned forklifts, and you will be outdoors for the entire shift. The role requires a current LF counterbalance licence, strong attention to detail and solid communication skills, with full working rights and own transport.

Qualifications

• 7 tonne forklift experience required.
• Current and valid Forklift license - LF counterbalance.
• Own transport to work.
• Full working rights.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 7 tonne forklift with extra long tynes.
• Load and unload heavy materials in the yard; you will be outside the entire shift.
• Shift and store materials weighing over 4500kg.
• Follow WHS policies and procedures.
• Follow supervisor instructions and job sheets.

Hours and Rate

$35.00ph

• Loading and unloading heavy materials in the yard - you will be outside the entire shift
• Shift and store materials that weigh over 4500kg
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures
• Following supervisor instructions and job sheets

What you will need to succeed

• Heavy Duty Forklift experience required - 7 tonne or heavier
• Current and valid Forklift license - LF counterbalance
• Own transport to work
• Full working rights
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
