Qualifications

• Qualified Exercise Physiologist/ Physiotherapist with ESSA/AHPRA accreditation.
• Confident delivering both individual and group-based interventions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vocational and therapeutic interventions to enhance work readiness.
• Facilitate structured group programs (e.g., interview skills, goal setting, CV building).
• Provide evidence-based, practical support for individuals and groups of all ages.
• Implement wellbeing strategies to help clients manage stress and build confidence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet SLA timeframes.
• Build relationships with Employment Service providers and community stakeholders.
• Contribute to brand growth through meetings, promotion, and quality service delivery.
• Meet internal and external KPIs while identifying any risks to performance.
