Job summary

Right at Home Central QLD Rockhampton is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to develop and deliver personalised exercise programs that support clients’ health, mobility, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will build meaningful relationships with clients while collaborating with our care team, ensuring high-quality, client-centred care. The position is based at our Rockhampton office with opportunites for travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience (community, rehabilitation or aged care experience highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated passion for wellness, restorative care and reablement
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and team development skills
  • Commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
  • Current national police check (within last 12 months)
  • Current first aid and CPR
  • Relevant aged care healthcare compliance documentation and certification

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver personalised exercise programs for clients.
  • Support clients' health, mobility, independence and wellbeing.
