Job summary
Belgravia Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our national Allied Health team at Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre. This casual role offers the chance to deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services and contribute to community health within a supportive, entrepreneurial organisation.
You’ll design tailored programs for cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal conditions, work with Physiotherapists, Dietitians and OTs, and enjoy free facility access for
Qualifications
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist status with ESSA.
- Strong clinical reasoning and person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Proactive, flexible and empowering approach.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services for chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation and wellbeing.
- Design and implement tailored exercise programs for cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Utilise gym and hydrotherapy facilities to optimise outcomes with land-based and aquatic therapy.
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Dietitians and OTs.
- Contribute to health promotion initiatives and community engagement.
- Educate and empower clients to take charge of their health.
