Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist (casual) to join our national Allied Health team at Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre in Pascoe Vale, VIC. You will deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services to support chronic disease management and overall wellbeing.

Working across land-based and aquatic settings, you’ll design tailored programs, collaborate with physiotherapists and dietitians, and promote community health through accessible services.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist status with ESSA.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, flexible and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services to support chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and overall wellbeing.
• Design and implement tailored exercise programs for clients with cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Utilise our facilities, including gym and hydrotherapy pool, to optimise client outcomes through land-based and aquatic therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and OTs.
• Contribute to health promotion initiatives and community engagement.
• Provide education and empower clients to take charge of their health.
