Qualifications

• Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with ESSA accreditation.
• Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management.
• Ability to run group exercise classes.
• Excellent time management and documentation skills.
• Confidence using smart devices and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support from an Exercise Physiology Lead and Clinical Coordinators.
• Mentor for new graduates and clinicians with 3+ years' experience.
• Grow community and private caseloads and run group programs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, education and student supervision.
• Provide a strong induction and ongoing supervision to new staff.
