Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist (Casual) to join our Allied Health team. Deliver evidence-based services across chronic disease management, injury rehab and wellbeing, with access to gym and hydrotherapy facilities for land and aquatic programs.

You will design tailored programs, collaborate with physiotherapists and dietitians, and contribute to community health initiatives while enjoying flexible work arrangements and facility access.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) with current registration.
• Strong clinical reasoning and person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services to support chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation and overall wellbeing.
• Design and implement tailored exercise programs for clients with cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Utilise gym and hydrotherapy facilities to optimise client outcomes in land-based and aquatic therapy.
• Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Dietitians and OTs.
• Contribute to health promotion initiatives and community engagement.
• Provide education and empower clients to take charge of their health.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services to support chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and overall wellbeing
• Design and implement tailored exercise programs for clients with a range of conditions including cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal disorders
• Utilise our state-of-the-art facilities, including gym and hydrotherapy pool, to optimise client outcomes through land-based and aquatic therapy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and OTs
• Contribute to health promotion initiatives and community engagement
• Provide education and empower clients to take charge of their health
