Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our Allied Health team at the Cook & Phillip Park Aquatic and Fitness Centre in Sydney, NSW. You will deliver evidence-based exercise services across chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and wellbeing.

You will design tailored programs for cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal conditions, using our state-of-the-art facilities, including land and aquatic therapy, in collaboration with Physiotherapists,

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist status with ESSA.
• Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and empowering approach.
• A genuine desire to help people live healthier, more active lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services to support chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and overall wellbeing.
• Design and implement tailored exercise programs for clients with cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Utilise gym and hydrotherapy facilities to optimise client outcomes through land-based and aquatic therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and OTs.
• Contribute to health promotion initiatives and community engagement.
• Provide education and empower clients to take charge of their health.
