Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an Executive for Group Treasury Funding Operations to manage daily funding and liquidity requirements in collaboration with Group Treasury Markets and FX Forwards trading teams.

You will oversee real-time nostro balances, intraday funding adjustments and end-to-end booking of structured flows, while partnering with various business units to support Balance Sheet Management and related processes.

Qualifications

• Treasury or financial markets experience (3–5 years) in a funding/liquidity context.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning of new systems.
• Understanding of operational controls and risk frameworks.
• Experience using data analytics and AI tools to create dashboards and support business cases.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end booking and operational management of structured flows products.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and business stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Leverage data, automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, controls and scalability.
