Want to kick-start your career in executive support? We’re looking for an organised, proactive go-getter to help keep our executive functions running smoothly. You’ll manage diaries, coordinate meetings and events, assist with reports and presentations, maintain shared staff spaces, and provide back-up support to the Executive Support Officer and Company and CEO Secretary.

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

A day on the job will see you:

  • Support 4 x lively Execs, heading up People & Culture, Projects & Developments, Communications & Engagement and Aboriginal Engagement.
  • Keep our execs on track by managing diaries, meetings, and project coordination—your organisation makes everything run smoothly.
  • Support clear communication with the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist with events, workshops, and team activities to life—handling logistics, catering, and venue setup with flair.
  • Assist with keeping our shared spaces welcoming and organised, from meeting rooms to the staff hub and executive kitchenette.

For 60 years, St Bart’s has supported people experiencing homelessness and severe and persistent mental health issues as they rebuild their lives. We started as a small homeless shelter for men and have grown into a progressive and inclusive organisation providing support to hundreds of Western Australian men, women and families across four key service areas. Our goal is to provide safe, supported accommodation and services to people who need it the most, regardless of background, age, gender or ethnicity.
