The Australian National University (ANU) is seeking an Executive Search Consultant to join our small, high-performing team. In this role you will contribute recruitment research and guidance, identify and engage prospective candidates, maintain talent pipelines and prepare targeted search strategies, while managing high-level processes.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position up to 12 months with a salary package of AUD 100,847 – AUD 116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation.

You will be an integral team member, identifying and engaging prospective candidates and sources, maintaining talent pipelines and preparing targeted search strategies - while managing high-level processes in-line with best practice and policy.
