Job summary

The Department of Health in Victoria seeks a Project Officer to provide operational support to the Deputy Secretary, the Principal Adviser and the Office of the Deputy Secretary on divisional and departmental matters and priority projects.

You will be part of a small team collaborating across executive, corporate and ministerial work, ensuring approvals, quality assurance, briefings, communications and reporting are delivered efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-profile and fast-paced coordination roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of government processes and information systems is advantageous.
