Job summary

Yeshivah – Beth Rivkah Colleges in Melbourne is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead its non-educational operations and strengthen the organisational backbone of the school. This is a full-time executive appointment with responsibility across Finance, Facilities, ICT and Digital Learning, Marketing/Fundraising and Fees.

The COO will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring governance, reporting and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a complex organisation.
• CPA/CA qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience managing finance, facilities, ICT and admin together.
• Understanding of governance, statutory reporting and risk management.
• Ability to engage with Boards, donors and the broader community.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Facilities, ICT and Digital Learning, Marketing/Fundraising and Fees.
• Oversee financial governance, operational strategy and statutory reporting.
• Drive major strategic initiatives and improve organisational capability.
• Position the College for long-term sustainability and growth.
• Partner with Principal and Board to implement the strategic plan.
