Significant experience in enterprise-wide technology strategy.
Background with leading consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent.
Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business results.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted executive level strategy advisor to Technology and Group leadership.
Define and continuously improve governance, milestones, financials, benefits and risks.
Verify initiatives align with overarching strategy and OKRs.
Develop and implement business management practices and operating rhythms.
Facilitate resolution of risks, issues and dependencies affecting prioritisation.
Monitor performance with dashboards to provide data-driven insights.
Oversee content and quality of Crews, ensuring information is current in systems.
Ensure compliance with group policies, processes and frameworks.
Oversee workforce and financial management against targets including forecasts and budgets.
