Job summary

CommBank is seeking an Executive Manager to energise and lead a high‑performing Commercial Banking team in Sydney. You will coach and inspire your people, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable growth aligned with the bank's risk appetite.

You will oversee deals across transactional banking, commercial lending and risk management, partnering with stakeholders to deliver outcomes that benefit clients and the bank.
