Job summary

ACT Government invites applications for an Executive Group Manager, Public Sector Policy and Integrity Group. The role leads critical policy reform across ACTPS and reports to the Deputy Director-General, Office of Industrial Relations and Workforce Strategy.

You will strengthen integrity, transparency and accountability, drive workforce strategy, and oversee leadership, development and reporting programs for a high-performing public service.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial relations or employment law.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group to own policy under the Public Sector Management Act and related Acts.
• Produce workforce reporting and analysis (ACTPS Survey, State of the Service).
• Drive diversity and inclusion and graduate programs across the ACTPS.
