Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise and Aged Care Platforms portfolio, including HR, payroll, finance modernisation and CRM.
• Set direction for platform evolution, improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Build influential partnerships from executive level to business and technical teams.
• Manage strategic vendor partnerships and ensure external providers deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to the Senior Leadership Team and balance mission with commercial realities.
