Job summary

UnitingCare in Brisbane is seeking a senior technology leader to oversee an enterprise-scale portfolio, including HR, payroll, finance modernisation and CRM capabilities. You will shape platform strategy, drive performance and partner with executives to align technology with organisational outcomes.

You will lead a large team, influence cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to the Senior Leadership Team, balancing mission with commercial realities of a not-for-profit.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise technology platforms and transformation.
• Proven ability to drive customer outcomes, architecture alignment and value.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise and Aged Care Platforms portfolio, incl. HR, payroll, finance modernisation and CRM.
• Set direction for platform evolution, improving customer experience and efficiency.
• Build influential partnerships from executive level to technical teams.
• Direct strategic vendor partnerships and ensure external providers deliver outcomes.
• Create a high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability.
