Job summary

The University of Melbourne is seeking a Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) to provide strategic leadership over undergraduate and postgraduate programs, the student experience, and learning outcomes. The role focuses on delivering high quality teaching and learning across the curriculum.

The DVC (Education) will lead the Advancing Students and Education strategy, collaborate across teaching, learning infrastructure, digital education and regulatory policy, and report to the Provost.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for strategic leadership, development and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programs and the student experience across teaching, learning and assessment.
• Leads and oversees the Advancing Students and Education strategy which supports Curriculum offerings, access and regulatory policy.
• Builds collaborative relationships and drives high calibre teaching, learning and academic quality.
