Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Data/Analytics/AI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, risk, and technology.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering or AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent Data & AI in a strategic delivery program.
• Translate fraud, scams and financial crime priorities into intelligence-led use cases.
• Lead teams delivering analytical products and AI-enabled outcomes.
• Drive adoption of analytics/AI for faster, smarter decisions.
• Partner with business, risk and tech stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
• Develop reusable Data, Analytics and AI assets creating organisational value.
• Champion responsible AI, governance, privacy and data quality.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
