Job summary

Executive Officer at Crows Nest Community Centre leads a welcoming hub delivering health and wellbeing programs, education and affordable spaces seven days a week for the North Sydney community. You will work closely with the Board on priorities and ensure strong service delivery and community impact.

The role requires building partnerships with Council, funders and local organisations, guiding strategic planning and governance, and leading service development to meet evolving community needs

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience within the community, not-for-profit or related sector.
Strong strategic planning capability, with a track record of driving organisational growth, sustainability and impact.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, advocacy and public representation skills.
Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial oversight, grant funding and compliance.
Ability to navigate complexity and respond effectively to evolving community needs and organisational challenges.
