Charles Sturt University seeks an outstanding Indigenous leader to shape the university's First Nations Strategy across the whole institution, reporting to the Vice-Chancellor. The Pro Vice-Chancellor will develop, implement and evaluate strategic initiatives embedded in university life.

The role requires strong cultural authority, senior stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive organisation-wide change in an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership context.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading organisation-wide First Nations strategies, initiatives or transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of Charles Sturt University's First Nations Strategy to embed priorities across the university.
• Provide visible, influential leadership across the senior leadership group and with external partners to advance First Nations excellence.
